A designer’s week in Lisbon
A made-up week for a made-up user, to show how Sola can fit a freelance life.

This is a story we made up. Leo is a freelance designer who lives in Lisbon. He is not a real person, but his week shows how Sola can look when you work for yourself.
Monday to Friday
Monday: Leo plans the week and books two focus blocks.
Tuesday: client calls in the morning, design work after lunch.
Wednesday: one long block for the big project, no calls.
Thursday: small fixes, emails and a walk by the river.
Friday: finish the work, send the invoice, do the weekly review.
Notice what is missing. There is no task on the list that has no day. Leo adds new ideas to a small inbox and decides on Monday if they get a slot.
On Saturday he does not open Sola at all. On Sunday evening he opens the weekly review, moves two open tasks to the next week, and closes the app again. The whole thing takes about ten minutes.
